7:30pm in the upstairs hall we will have an evening looking at the gift of prophecy.

In 1 Corinthians 14 the Apostle Paul encourages us to, ‘Pursue love, and earnestly desire the spiritual gifts, especially that you may prophesy…. one who prophesies speaks to people for their upbuilding and encouragement and consolation…. the one who prophesies builds up the church.’ (1 Cor 14:1-4)

In this session we will be looking at some of the things which can ‘skew’ our interpretation of what the Holy Spirit is saying and why therefore, weighing and testing are such valuable activities. (1 Cor 14:29)
